Connecting with people is something that is desperately needed today in our world. We are connected by the computer on Facebook and other ways. I even saw today on Facebook - How honest can FB friends be, and then they want you to write one word about the person!
I have trouble with that idea, because that is not really connecting with people. We need to strive for better connections with people in small groups. To help with accomplishing this in our church, we are going to begin Home Groups starting in 2010. We will have a meeting on January 14th for all those who are interested in leading a group or hosting a group. Help us to help others not only connect with God, but to connect with other believers!
