I have had a day that never stopped, with so many meetings with people and church work. I am getting ready for Bible Study tonight.
I wanted to share a few words to encourage you today from Galatians 2. In verses 20-21 - I will paraphrase what I wrote in my journal today:
"It is no longer I that lives, but Christ lives in me. I livethis spiritual life by faith and trust totally in Jesus for my salvation. I must treat the grace of God as powerful as it really is. I am not saved by my background, profession (job), family, good works or religion. Because anything that I do will make void the absolute need for Jesus to die on the Cross.
I want to encourage you to walk in the wonderful grace of the Lord Jesus today and every day!

Pastor what you said about our efforts makeing void the sacrifice of Jesus is so powerfull. That line came out at me as I read it. Thank you for this insight, sometimes we can be so pompous.
